Your unique access code was sent to the email address you provided when booking our service. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it.
When will my videos be available?
All video messages are typically processed and available within 2-3 business days after your event. You'll receive an email notification with your access code once they're ready to view.
How long can I access my videos?
Your videos will remain accessible for 90 days from the date they're first made available. We recommend downloading them to your device for permanent storage. After 90 days, you can request extended access by contacting us.
